Sam Keats is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and the founder of Keats Accounting, a boutique accounting practice established more than 15 years ago that employs 7 staff in the Frankston area. Her company has been recognised with awards for small business achievement and excellence in employment.

Sam brings extensive financial expertise and governance experience, with a long-standing commitment to the not-for-profit sector through both her professional and community involvement. Throughout her career, she has served on numerous boards and committees, primarily supporting charities focused on assisting disadvantaged communities. She currently serves on the board of a charity operating in the mental health sector.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys travelling with her husband and two children. Her guiding philosophy is to lift up the community around her and leave the world a better place than she found it.
