The FCAV invites you to join one of our upcoming Creative Arts & Self-Care Workshops, an enriching experience designed for foster, kinship and permanent carers.

What to expect:

Using creative art and self-care practices, we invite you to:

  • Express your unconscious thoughts, worries, and grief.

  • Take a moment to pause and care for yourself.

  • Honour the incredible contributions you make to the lives of children, young people, and families.

These sessions will be facilitated by Tessa and Deb from FCAV and include engaging visual art activities - no art skills or experience required!

Learn how creative art benefits you and can positively impact the children and young people in your care, and have an opportunity to connect with other carers. Take this time for you, and discover the power of creativity and connection.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided. Funded by CarerKafe.
