The FCAV is so proud to congratulate Sarah Witty, foster carer and Board Director of the FCAV, on her successful election to the seat of Melbourne in the recently re-elected Labor Government.

As a dedicated foster carer and passionate advocate for fair and equitable support for carers, Sarah has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of care-experienced children and those who care for them as an invaluable member of the FCAV Board.

Sarah has a deep experience leading support to disadvantaged Australians and in her new role as a Member of Parliament, we are confident she will continue to raise the voices of caregivers and champion the needs of the children they support. The FCAV looks forward to the positive impact of her leadership.

For more information on Sarah Witty's background and her work with the Foster Care Association of Victoria, you can visit the FCAV's Board of Directors page.
